Sunddenly I started to experience SSPI error and windows authenticated security doesn't work anymore. Had to use id/password. Seems using the Manipulate Service Principal Names for Accounts (SetSPN.exe) utility in the Windows Server 2003 Server tools can fix. But I don't have permission to run it.

Alternatively add database server's IP address into hosts file in "C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc" can fix it.
